Biography
Dr. Brahm Pal Singh has completed his Ph.D. at the age of 28 years from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India in 1990 and D. Eng. from Nagoya University, Japan and postdoctoral studies from National Institute Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Tsukuba, Japan. He is the Chief Engineer and a Manager of R&D Planning Division, Advanced Technology Development Centre, Life Solutions Company, Panasonic Corporation, Japan. He has published more than 30 papers in reputed international journals, international conference proceedings and has been serving as a referee of repute international journals.
